After much speculation, the official teaser for the mythological film “Adipurush” has been released. The teaser was unveiled on Sunday by the makers of the film on their official YouTube channel. Om Raut’s directorial film stars Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan and Sunny Singh. As per reports, Adipurush is one of the most expensive films ever made in India.
The story revolves around “the victory of good over evil”. In this historical epic film, Prabhas will play the character of Rama, Kriti will play Sita, Saif will be Lankesh, and Sunny Singh will play the role of Lakshman.
The teaser depicts Lord Ram preparing to conquer the evil empire built by Saif Ali Khan’s Lankesh. Prabhas (Ram) is shown in the teaser video meditating underwater. Additionally, we can witness Saif Ali Khan’s Lankesh appearance for the first time. He can be seen roaring at a woman with his ten heads in one of the scenes. A brief glimpse of Kriti Sanon as Sita on a swing is also shown.

Adipurush is scheduled to be released in theatres on January 12, 2023. It will release in multiple languages including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. The film will also be shown in IMAX and 3D.
