iadvt feature: Bhavya Bharat Foundation organises Resurgent India Quiz since past two years through online medium consisting questions related to renowned personalities of India & their ideals, India’s constitution & democracy, India’s contribution to the world in distinguish sectors and similar. Large number of youth has participated in this quiz in its past edition.
To mark the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, Bhavya Bharat Foundation organised the Resurgent India Quiz with the theme of ‘Commemorating the Unsung Heroes & Events of India’s Freedom Struggle’ from 6th-15th August 2022. This quiz consisted 20 questions with 4 given options to be answered in 400 seconds. The participant could download their certificate after attempting the quiz.
Anyone from the age group of 14-29 could attempt this quiz online from the website of Bhavya Bharat Foundation in either Gujarati or English language.
It was organised with the sole aim of informing, igniting and inspiring the youth – Bharat Bhagya Vidhata by the contribution & sacrifice our great freedom fighters had done which encourages the youth of this country to make New India & actively contribute towards its making.
Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s appeal in an Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav event earlier to enlighten the young generation about India’s freedom struggle and it’s unsung heroes inspired Rangam Trivedi, the founder of Bhavya Bharat Foundation, Rukmil Shah, the founder
of Baroda Youth Federation & Arpan Bhatt, Founder of Veer Bhagat Singh Yuva Samiti and thier young team to organise this quiz on this theme.
In this edition of quiz, from the age group of 14-29 years, a total youth participation of over 77,200 was witnessed of which over 52,900 were schools students, over 19100 were college students, over 4300 young professionals & 900 were overseas students of Indian origin.
A total of over 71000 participants were from Vadodara city & district whereas remaining were from other parts of India & the world. Over 44700 attempted this quiz in English language and remaining participants attempted it in Gujarati language. 34 schools, 2 college/Universities, 6 tuition classes & 12 organisation/institutions extended their support for participation in this quiz.
This quiz consisted questions on India’s freedom struggle and included questions related to 12 freedom fighters, 5 freedom movements & 3 institutions/organisations related to India’s freedom struggle. The questions contained information related to Shyamji Krishna Verma, Baju Raut, Harshdev Oli, Veer Savarkar, V.O. Chidambaram Pillai, Shaheed Gundudhur, Dr. Mahendralal Sirkar, Acharya Prafull Chandra Roy, Pandit Gopbandhu Das, Zaverchand Meghani, Durgavati Vohra, Rani Chenamma, Zalkari Bai, Veddachi movement, Pal-Chitariya massacre, Atingal Movement and Kuka movement. Only around 19000 participants could successfully answer the questions in this quiz.
