Prime Minister Narendra Modi remarked during a session to commemorate the Central Vigilance Commission’s Vigilance Awareness Week that the corrupt should not have political or social protection.

“Corruption is an evil, and we must avoid it,” the prime minister declared. In the past eight years, we have been attempting to reform the system created by “abhaav” (lack) and “dabaav” (pressure). The nation “has to have zero tolerance for corruption in the administrative ecosystem for developed India,” Prime Minister Modi remarked when the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) presented its new complaint management system website.

With the new complaint system, citizens will be able to submit complaints about corruption online and easily follow their progress. The prime minister suggested that government organisations be graded according to how well they combat corruption and that any open cases of official wrongdoing be settled as soon as feasible.

To further encourage probity in public life, the anti-corruption watchdog Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) is holding a vigilance awareness week from October 31 to November 6 with the subject “corruption-free India for a developed nation”.

In addition, Modi unveiled a CVC “complaint management system” webpage that enables users to track the status of their complaints and file them digitally.
