Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday asserted that no stone will be left unturned in helping the people affected in Cyclone Amphan, a day after the storm killed 72 people in West Bengal. The cyclone left a trail of destruction in its wake in the state as it was one of the most powerful cyclones in over a decade.
In a series of tweets, PM Modi said that in this challenging hour, the entire nation stands in solidarity with West Bengal. He prayed for the well-being of the people of the state, adding that efforts are on to ensure normalcy.
