GUWAHATI, SEP 1: A Bangalore based MNC senior executive Pratha Pratim Mahanta filed defamation case against singer Kalpana Patowary, her husband Parvez Khan, her mother and sisters for allegedly uploaded various defamatory video containing defamatory allegations against Pratha Pratim Mahanat in social media.
Kalpana Patowary since 2019 uploaded various defamatory video containing defamatory allegations through her various social media platform like Facebook, Whatsapp, YouTube etc. against Partha Pratim Mahanta and was circulated in these social media portals to demolish the reputation of Mahanta in public at large. Kalpana Patwory is repeatedly doing this activity through her social media platform since September 2019 on various occasions. Exposing the minor daughter of Partha Pratim Mahanta in the social media without any face cover is a crime.
Partha Pratim Mahanta said, “Kalpana Patowary and her family is keeping forcefully my minor daughter ( now 10 yrs ) since Sep 2019 after my wife’s unfortunate death due to a massive heart attack in Bangalore. The family has brainwashed my minor daughter since last 3 years against me so that she can give wrong statements in the court. I have already filed a Kidnapping FIR in the Dispur police station against Kalpana Patowary and his family,”.
“Kalpana Patowary’s mother Jaymati Patowary (70 ) was filing a guardianship petition in the Guwahati Family Court in September 2019 for harassing me. They didn’t following the Family Court Order and not allowing me to meet my minor daughter. This is a very serious concern not following the Court Order by the Kalpana Patowary’s family. Kalpana Patowary and her family’s main intention is to detach my minor girl from me,” Mahanta stated.
According to Mahanta both his daughter and himself are the victim of the whole family conspiracy inspiring and leading by Kalpana Patowary and her husband Parvez Khan.
“It can be assumed that my minor daughter may be mentally harassed by the family members and she has been bound to follow their instructions. The family’s main intention is to detach my daughter from me and she can claim her percentage of her father’s property once she became matured. The mastermind behind this whole game plan is Kalpana Patowary and her husband Parvez Khan,” Mahanta stated.
