GUWAHATI AUG 5: Yoga exponent Pranab Kumar Nath from Dibrugarh has bagged first position in senior category in International Level Yogaasana Competition “Maha Yogi and Yogini 2022” organized by Art of Learning Institute virtually.
To promote the message of good health through Yoga, on the occasion of International Yoga Day at Art of Learning Institute, Navi Mumbai, he participated in the traditional Yoga category held on July 16, 2022.
Recently in another event, he has also won second place (silver medal) in senior category at the World Yoga Cup 2022 organised by Universal Yoga Sports Federation held in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh on June 26-27 this year.
Pranab Kumar Nath, a silent yoga exponent got many National and International laurels in the field of yoga. He has been practicing yoga sports from tender age and began achieving National laurels in 1998 by achieving top rank in all India Yoga Competition organized by World Yoga Society, Kolkata and has been continuing his dedication and achieving National and International laurels till date.
By profession he is an Assistant Director of Akashvani and Doordarshan Kendra Dibrugarh under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. He is also serving as governmental departmental yoga resource person voluntarily..
