A well-known playback singer, Jubin Nautiyal, has recently been involved in a controversy. Netizens have labelled him “anti-national” and also have criticized him for his ties to a banned Khalistani member. All of this happened immediately after announcing his Houston concert. According to numerous media reports, it was organized by a banned Khalistani gang member named Jai Singh. Following that, #ArrestJubinNautiyal is trending on Twitter with over 100,000 tweets.
Later, He took to his twitter handle to respond to the social media backlash he received. Jubin began the post by greeting the Twitter family and informing them that he was travelling and would be shooting for the next month. He went on to say that he loves his country and advised his fans not to be offended by the rumours.
Along with a selfie he wrote, “Hello friends and twitter family, I’ve been travelling and will be shooting for the next whole month. Don’t get upset on rumours. I love my country. I love you all”

After this post, a lot of fans came out in favour of the artist. One of the comments on Jubin’s post stated, “We all know that you never do anything wrong. Love and respect for you always”. Another wrote, “You have my full support and support of all your fans from around the world Jubin sir.” According to the reports, one of the organizers announced on social media that the US tour and concert had been cancelled a long time ago.
